Edelweiss Connect has over 10 years experience in coordinating and managing major European projects and in developing state-of-the-art in silico prediction and database systems (see EdelweissData). 

In January 2019, we added in vitro expertise to the equation with a new lab at our Basel headquarters. With the lab, our in silico solutions and the collaboration with our partners in SaferWorldbyDesign, we now offer a complete, “one-stop” service.

EdelweissData in the Lab

Our new lab also offered us a way to test our new EdelweissData in the Lab solution that eliminates the error-prone use of spreadsheets and saves users time. It provides both a strong business-case and frees the user to concentrate on his/her higher-value work. EdelweissData in the Lab processes all data in robust workflows into the EdelweissData data infrastructure and makes it available for results analysis, visualization and reporting work. The strong attention paid to metadata supports a robust cross-dataset search and integrated analysis. Automated ingestion and harmonization of legacy data moves productivity forward.
